Cars do not win when their travel time is slowed by 38 percent.If giving motorists their fair share of road space slows their trips that much -- and I do mean if, as I know better than to trust your figures -- then that has to be seen as an inherent defect of the automobile as a mode and not as any kind of unfairness. |
