Why?Because rumour has it you will need to tap into and tap out from the Center City Regional Rail platforms - they will become within the paid-fare zone. So if you aren't planning on riding and just want to visit and/or take photos, you might end up being charged a fare to do so. I don't know if this will be the case or not. But it's a possibility. |
