I was not talking about knowing the exact routes of each person who takes a different route so don't renterpret what I stated. I said if you ban a left turn, you need to know the detours drivers will take and you responded that it would be unknowable. So I responded that you shouldn't make changes if you can't forecast the results.Now you changed your position again by saying you can accurately forecast what the change will do to traffic in the area (whatever that means.) |
