I have always had doubts about the validity of their simulations because we have been asking for those results for almost two years now and now we first have partial answers.Rather than splitting hairs, I will just say they are both basic. The simulation has to be checked for accuracy which you have shown was not done, and then if accurate, then it has to be shown that it was used in their decision making which it probably wasn't. If the simulation results showed better numbers for Concept 1, and they chose Concept 2, tgave woukd be plain dishonest. |
