DOT had people counting cars near the station yesterday and no one counting today.So? Maybe they'll count next Wednesday and the Wednesday after that. They don't feel they need a representative sample.You know this HOW exactly?? And even if I went out there more than once, you would still claim it wasn't representative.Wrong.
