The videos clearly show empty streets where the DOT claims there is such severe congestion that change is warranted immediately. They don't even want to do a six month test so that data can be collected and evaluated. They intend to start pouring concrete within a month to ensure the changes cannot be reversed. That is clearly dictatorial, arrogant and irresponsible. |
