It was in Tonawanda, and the woman's family tried to sue both NFTA and the mall. NFTA responded that it had tried for years to put the buses on mall property but the owner kept rejecting the buses. The mall owner denied keeping the buses out, but then tenants pointed to clauses in their leases specifically promising to allow charter buses but not public buses. |
