"I imagine.."That's right. Just keep imagining. Not only will Phase 1 not be successful, it may even have to be ripped up with the bus lanes moved to the service roads. "There is no serious doubt that Phase 1 will be successful." Of course that does not preclude DOT trying to make it appear to be a success. In your opinion there is no feasible way to connect it to Manhattan. Others disagree. Even with a transfer, it will still be much quicker than SBS. Yes you responded exactly like you responded which was to minimize the most major aspect of the plan in order to mislead. The real Lincoln may have been "honest Abe" but you are no honest Lincoln. |
