I don't know what you call a traditional travel pattern. I wouldn't call the weekend shopping peak at Metropolitan or moderate traffic where all four lanes are moderately used in both directions on Saturday and Sunday evenings north of Metroploitan at least "traditional travel patterns".I wouldn't call much heavier traffic in November and December and much lighter traffic in July and August typical of most roadways. Woodhaven has travel patterns typical to Woodhaven which is why you can't responsibly design a 24/7 change only by looking at peak hour data or only the other periods you mentioned that may not include various weekend demand. |
