If such were to come to pass it would be unfortunate that your campaign to make public transit less functional had succeeded. I am thankful however that it appears that our elected and appointed officials are smart enough in general not to listen to you. "So you are admitting that if only Phase 1 is installed, there will not be fewer problems but more of them?" No. I am merely stating that the improvements will not be as great. |
