To be honest, I am not sure where they'd allocate the time from the left turn cycle. Longer phases in a cycle of the same length? Shorter cycles? One phase gets all of the extra time?(I would assume Woodhaven would, but maybe I shouldn't)That is a good question! Either way, The net time and capacity dedicated to straight running on each road would obviously go up. |
