Apparently, you are the one who hasn't read the plan or doesn't understand it, not me.

I will only address 97 Avenue. It is not proposed to be a sidewalk stop but a main roadway stop. Also DOT is proposing SBS and express buses use the main roadway over Atlantic Avenue and not the service roads.
