Not according to the DOT commissioner. She made a distinction between the two at City Hall.And you still haven't answered the question why one costs ten times more than the other? If they are the same thing as you allege, the costs would be equal. I think I am just going to stop wasting my time discussing this with you since you have proven you cannot discuss this subject intelligently. So just answer the question "how can SBS and BRT be synonymous when SBS costs $20 million and BRT costs $231 million? |
