In case you did not know, 50 is not as much as 75.You do realize that eliminating that turn will actually eliminate that blockage in that location! If everybody were to continue to utilize Woodhaven and turn at Metropolitan, that would simply move the problem, but it is incredibly likely that at least some would no longer try to make the left turn, which means that the problem you are complaining about would be reduced! I see no need to respond to your made up assertions of top and average speeds. |
