The NYC website has the information for online or by mail challenges, they refer to Parking Tickets/Camera Violations. They don't make it clear if that is just the new speed cameras, or includes the bus lanes.The Bus Lane Camera Violations page has a link that says "Fight a bus lane camera violation" that takes you to the Dispute a Ticket by mail/web/in person page. Then on the web hearing page, you have to enter the Violation Number on the "Parking Tickets/Camera Violations" page; there's a link to a sample Bus Lane Camera violation notice to show where the number is. I'd say it's pretty clear. |
