In my instance, a camera claimed I was doing 54 mph in a school zone. They sent me a grainy video clip that I couldn't download, and a couple of stills-- what am I supposed to do with that? It's easier to just let the city stick its fingers into my wallet.If you've successfully beaten things like this, more power to you. |
