Perhaps for them yes, but what about here? Would free boarding allow an increase in speed to the point that there could be a bus taken off the line? Does taking 1 bus off the line equate to a savings of $451K/year (the value of that 15% of revenue that would be lost)? That could be a very good argument for free boarding if it were all true |
