It can be done, there is a cost, but you don't know much about costs, and would be out in the weather on the sidewalk, and be far more prone to break down.The TA can't even justify pay boxes for the so-called SBS S79. I don't know what makes you think MVM can pop up like weeds on the Q70. CitiBike is a financial basket case. |
