The issue of sidewalk capacity is important (and oftentimes overlooked by NYCDOT, especially in places like Flushing)I've never seen NYCDOT overlook the issue during the CEQR/ULURP/Discretionary Approval process. but I don't think it is germane to this issue as to the interaction between pedestrians and motorists.I was trying to funny, even though it's still a serious topic. |
