Theoretically, if the hassle of getting a MetroCard at the airport is causing people to just say "screw it" and take a taxi or one of those $12-$15 airport buses, then getting those people to use transit would yield additional revenue. Though I don't understand why they can't just have MVMs near the buses stops (assuming that's not the case already) |
