Lincoln Transit was a private company that ran pool with PSCT/TNJ/NJT between NY and Cape May on the US9 routes. Lincoln ran as far north from NY as Montreal, and operated one daily through trip each way from Atlantic City to Montreal via NYC. LT went under in the mid 80s, and NJT assumed all US9 service until Suburban Trails began to compete with the 139 in 1987. |
