Orange & Black, Intercity, Warwick Stages, and Northeast Coach Lines were all purchased by TNJ in 1974 and consolidated under the Maplewood Equipment Company name (Maplewood NJ was TNJ's headquarters). The O&B garage is still in use as NJT Fairview. NJT also used the last Intercity garage (Madison Avenue in Paterson) and the Warwick garage in Warwick NY - they were both replaced by Wayne.
