For starters, you have the whole route north of JSQ that isn't in a high-crime area.But in any case, low-income people tend to use the bus more. And on top of that, there's three routes along Ocean Avenue (the 4, 6, and 81), so chances are the 87 gets more riders within that neighborhood because it has the whole MLK corridor to itself. |
