It looks like a small ferry that can only handle cars, not buses.

Although she is smaller than the Staten Island boats the COURSEN is bigger than she looks. She was built for the US Army back when Governor's Island was the headquarters for the US First Army. She can handle tanks, heavy equipment trucks and tractor trailers. She also is the oldest operating ferryboat in New York Harbor and well worth a visit.
