I've said it in meetings with community groups, I'll probably have to say it again at a meeting I'm preparing for next week. Mind you, I veil the criticism, but there are times where I am right by virtue of being the expert in the room and those assembled can either listen to what I have to say and take my consultations as is or they can do it their way and risk less than stellar results.Complaining about transit agencies on the internet is low hanging fruit. People make a lot of noise, but that doesn't mean they are justified in their complaints. |
