Notice how in the "after" view, the con-artists not only made the general traffic lanes go from 4 to 3, they brushed out most of the cars.Notice how in the "after" view, there are cars added farther back (and a few more departing in the opposite direction), and there's plenty of space left over to accommodate the handful of remaining cars brushed out because they're in the same spot as the proposed median. |
