Just FTR, here's the report in question: NYCEDC.comThe fact that the 7 train platforms are 76 feet above the proposed bus bays is a significant impediment to their vertical circulation. But I do like the flying crossover at the Secaucus terminal. And it's worth noting the tunnel diameter would be identical to the ARC tunnels. |
