B5: Western portion of today's B82.
B10: Renumbered to B15 when extended to JFK Airport in 1993.
B18: Consolidated with B13 in 1990s, route east of Ridgewood to Cypress Hills eliminated. Most of the rest of the former B18 route was eliminated in the 2010 cuts, except for a short portion to Wyckoff Heights Hospital.
B19: Adelphi Street route, gone by the 1980s or early 1990s.
B21: Eliminated in the southern Brooklyn restructuring in 1978...split between B1, B4, and B36.
B22: Renumbered to Q24 in 1988.
B23: Eliminated in 2010.
B27(X): Now X27
B28(X): Now X28
B29: Northern portion part of today's B24, remainder renumbered to former B30
B30: The former B29 that didn't become part of the B24. Eliminated in 1995. Like the B24, except via Greenpoint and Review Avenues. Did not run on Sundays, and sporadic off-peak service.
B33: Lefferts Gardens to Red Hook via Prospect and Hamilton Avenue. Hung on until 1993, but it really was doomed after the Dodgers left.
B34: Eliminated in the southern Brooklyn restructuring in 1978...initially part of the B1, now part of the B1 and B64.
B40: Folded into B47 in 2007. Portion east of Ralph Avenue discontinued.
B50: Eastern portion of today's B82.
B53: Renumbered to Q54 in 1988
B55, B56, B58, B59: Redesignated as Q routes.
B66: Merged into B75, now part of B57.
B71: Union Street, discontinued 1995. Originally terminated in Carroll Gardens, extended to Columbia Street after the B65 was rerouted to downtown Brooklyn.
B73, B76: Never used
B75: Split into B57 and B61.
B77: Central portion of today's B61.

The original B84 was the eastern part of today's B6, the B86, proposed in 1978, was implemented in 2010 as today's B1, and the B88 was one of the Culture Bus Loops.
