The 31 is very well needed along Utopia Pkwy, especially near SJU.Sending the 31 to Flushing instead would help only the 27. Bayside doesn't really need it because of the 13 and 28. Maybe a Q26 branch to QCC would help, or a reconfiguration of the Q27? |
