I didn't know the swap was made in the late 90s. If that is the case and the efficiency of the X29 was that high after the swap, it definitely needs to be brought back especially since it is only like four trips a day.The 30 second extension he was referring to was a reroute of the X28 to make one additional stop at Neptune and West 5th. Since that would involve any more trips it actually might be more expensive than bringing back the X29. I actually met him once and he seems like a real nice reasonable guy. |
