Notice that you can't vote for Option 4 - No Select Bus Service. That is because they decided before the study began, there would be Select Bus Service.

All three options have problems.

Option 1 would seriously delay emergency vehicles because buses would have nowhere to move to get out of the way of emergency vehicles and if sidewalks are extended at bus stops, they would not be able to get around stopped buses.

Option 2 woud be disastrous for car and truck traffic, cutting capacity by 50% from four lanes to two with a third lane for local traffic which may mean right turns only.

Option 3 would result in people running across traffic lanes to catch buses in the center of the roadway increasing the accident potential.

Also, where was the publicity for this meeting before it occurred? On the buses only? What if you don 't ridete buses? Doesn't your opinion count also?
