Route M86 West/East Side 86 Street Crosstown Estimated project cost: $6 Million to $9.4 Million Budget now: $4.5 million by 2015. Route Q52 and Q53 Rockaways and Woodside, via Woodhaven Blvd & Cross Bay Blvd Estimated project cost: $9 Million to $15.5 Million Budget now: $10.5 million by 2016. Routes Q44 and Q25 Flushing and Jamaica, via Main St; Kissena Blvd/Parsons Blvd Estimated project cost: $9 Million to $15.5 Million Budget now: $12 million by 2017. Route M14A/M14D Chelsea Piers and Grand St/FDR or Delancey St/Columbia St, via 14 St Crosstown Estimated project cost: $9 Million to $15.5 Million Budget now: $12 million by 2017.
