I've always wondered. . .does a lot of the BM3 ridership come from its Emmons Ave segment? It would seem to drive the passengers crazy as they have work through Batchelder and Ave X, although even that part used to be crazier before it was straightened out (I believe it had two separate segments on both Knapp St and Batchelder up until a few years ago).But it's worth noting that express bus passengers tend not to mind roundabout routings as much (and, for some, like me, it's part of the fun). They know they aren't paying for a time savings. |
