The bike must be completely under the windshield as not to interfere with the b/o's line of vision.I think the bike rack manufacturers have already taken this into account. This is NYC. So bike racks are only appropriate for Podunk, low-density, and crime free places like Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco... |
