Of course I do not have to be an engineer to have an informed opinion.Do you have to be a doctor to have an opinion about a drug, a treatment or a hospital. No you don't. Just like there are good and bad doctors, there are also good and bad traffic engineers. Yet the people here act as if a traffic engineer said it, it is gold, therefore true, and unquestionable. Utter nonsense. |
