The fact that you can use MetroCards for certain round trips is technically fare evasion, since it really is not permitted.WAAR! Where does it say in 21 NYCRR, Chapter XXI, Part 1050. rules of conduct that the use of a (unaltered, non-forged) Metrocard PPR free transfer to complete a round trip is illegal and not permitted????? |
