Posted by Andy on Sat Sep 20 00:17:28 2014 Thursday nights I walk to Penn along 7th Ave. to catch a train at about 9 PM. For each of the last three Thursdays an empty SBS artic presumably from the 34th Street Crosstown has been parked on the west curb of 7th Ave., just north of 34th Street with lights out. Is the driver on a break or something? |
