Jay Walder had no money.We still have no money. Deferred maintenance is occurring all over the subway system and bus replacement is lagging as well, driving up operating costs. Thankfully, Cuomo is only stealing money from the MTA in $20M chunks instead of $100M+, so it "looks" better. |
