NJ is doing that now, I started seeing them begining this month. The NJ ones looked so fake I took a picture of one on my phone to show my brother. Also these new NY plates are not pressed they are screen printed (got to cop-a-feel) yesterday. They are almost like a sticker on a flat metal plate. |
