Just find in my archives the original lawsuit papers filed in NYS Supreme court 6/26/84 NYCTA,MABSTOA,PA-NYNJ vs Grumman Corp. Interesting part is a quote from the parties suing as the bus being described as "the worst bus ever made". Also found from 3/23/85 the transcript of the examination and cross examination of ACMO of buses giving testimony of the complete review and investigation of the Grumman 870. 203 pages worth ! Brings back the memory of bringing up the buses from DC |
