For over 6 weeks, the ticket machine at 2nd Ave & E 14 Street has been without power. I sent a complaint to MTA:Customer By CSS Web (08/04/2014 10:28 PM) MVM-10067 and MVM-10049,in Manhattan, for the M15-SBS are still without power, after 3 weeks. The contractor installed a new bus shelter, but there is no power the these two machines, 10067 and 10049. This forces me and other handicapped riders to get off the next stop to get a ticket to ride the M15-SBS. When will this be fixed? --- MTA Reply: MVM at East 14 St & 2nd Ave MVM-10067 & MVM-10049 Discussion Thread Response By Email (Art Kelly) (08/13/2014 04:09 PM) This is in response to your email. We regret the delay in getting the fare machines up and running. The contractor performing the necessary electrical work is expected to finish his work by August 22. We appreciate your patience and concern. Art Kelly Manager, Customer email & Correspondence |
