No. They were split off into different companies that are still owned by the Maumerstein family:

Private Transportation Corp = B110
United Bus LLC = CitySights NY, DC & LA
RW Express LLC = Go Airlink Airport Shuttle

Twin America (MCIZ/Coach USA joint venture) is in the process of being dissolved.
