My question is what does the contract with CEMUSA say and how did the city screw themselves by not foreseeing the need to have these clocks in the shelters when the contract was written? Or is CEMUSA getting away with murder? The shelters were required to state the route number and have strip maps and be updated. CEMUSA is no longer doing any that, and no one cares. |
