Only the NJ portion of the highway is being repaved. NJDOT is overseeing the work, even though it's not their highway (the parkway s owned and run by the Palisades Interstate park Commission).NJDOT press release - July 17 2014 (And WABC? It's "milling", not "mulling".) |
