MTA discuss with NYC council on a budget hearing.There was a question regarding on MTA BusTime countdown clock displays that can be put into bus shelters. MTA says they can't do it with CEMUSA, they are charging a lot money to use that small space to hook up with the BusTime system. So MTA feels it is not a good deal. The little space was design for next bus arrival times in the city bus shelter contract.
