Posted by Wakefield-241st Street on Tue Apr 22 13:29:21 2014, in response to M12 route change maybe, posted by caine515 on Sat Apr 12 13:25:20 2014. 11th Ave is two-way traffic in three different sections: West 23rd to 24th Streets, West 37th Street to West 40th Street while turning into the Lincoln Tunnel north tube, and from West 44th Street to where it changes to West End Ave at 59/60th Streets. All other locations along 11th Ave are one-way southbound. It's not feasible to have M12 buses run on 11th Ave in both directions. |
