Yeah that sounds like a blown tire is the cause..." All northbound lanes were closed at Exit 89 in Havre de Grace in Harford County at around 3:40 p.m. after the bus apparently blew a tire and hit a guardrail. The vehicle remained upright. A passenger told Eyewitness News that first the bus hit an overhang, shattering windows. There were 74 passengers on board.
