Lough Swilly bus company to cease trading this weekend — according to a Trade Union

Added: 16-04-2014 13:42:42
According to a Trade Union, the Lough Swilly bus company will cease trading this weekend with the loss of 80 jobs.

It follows the appointment of a liquidator. Approximately 20 of the jobs are in Derry and the rest are in County Donegal.

There are now concerns over redundancy payments because of the firm’s substantial debts, according to the Unite Trade Union.

The company has said it has no comment to make at this stage. . . .
