More Guide-a-Ride silliness

So the new Q20A/Q20B Guide-a-Ride schedules separate the 20A times from the 20B times in two columns. You could argue that Flushing-bound, it makes a little sense for those going all the way to College Point who can use only one or the other. But most of the riders from Jamaica to Flushing exit the bus before 20 Av where the routes split, so for them, the two columns are an inconvenience because they don't care which one comes first and they now have to check both columns.

But the stupidest thing is that the schedules have the two columns Jamaica-bound as well, where the two routes are completely identical. Since each schedule is custom-made for its location, the reason can't be "mass production". At all stops south of 20 Av, where the two routes begin to coincide, all the schedules should list all the buses together, since they are really just one route from there to Jamaica.

Do the Guide-a-Ride personnel ride the buses or understand how the schedules are used? They all must have City cars and work from theory only or are taking a graduate course.
