In Harlem, the majority of the people (even car owners) would have no problem with a full length bus lane on 125 Street. Because this statement was specific enough, I think: "In Harlem, the majority of the people (even car owners) would have no problem with a full length bus lane on 125 Street." I am not quite sure I 100% understand or agree with that statement, but I am not as concerned with that statement as I am with the statements that follow. |
